By completing a purchase with TreeHouse Hippie, LLC you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed on our website. These policies apply to all customers without exception. 

This website is operated by TREEHOUSE HIPPIE, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,”, “our”, “THH”and “TreeHouse Hippie” refer to TREEHOUSE HIPPIE, LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use/Service.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor use them to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products & Services

 We sell physical consumer goods, including but not limited to:

  • Hair & Body Care Products
  • Hair Accessories
  • Ink pens
  • Crochet Handbags
  • Perfumes and Colognes 

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors, images, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display will be exact.

 Each item we sell is individually handmade and completely unique. We cannot and do not promise identical replacements for anything. Some handmade items cannot be duplicated. Once random items are sold, they may not be recreated or restocked.

 Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variations in color, texture, size, materials, and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the craftsmanship process and are not considered defects. They are a defining characteristic of handmade work and contribute to the uniqueness and individuality of each item.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected
  • Delayed delivery
  • Failure to read product descriptions

 Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In accordance with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at treehousehippiellc@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief explanation of the incident and/or circumstances

If approved, we will provide a either a store-credit or a replacement item. TreeHouse Hippie will file claims for broken or damaged items with the shipping carrier, and will require your cooperation in doing so. Customers are required to cooperate in the claims process with the shipping carrier, which may include providing additional information or documentation. Failure to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation will hinder our ability to issue a store-credit or replacement to the customer. No store credit or replacement item will be issued until investigations are completed. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued.

Our 48-hour contact window DOES NOT apply to items that are used, items that sustain normal wear and tear, items with damage caused once received/ after delivery, or buyer’s remorse.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. No exceptions.

4. Cosmetics, Fragrances & Allergies Disclaimer

Our skin, body, and hair products are for EXTERNAL USE ONLY, unless otherwise stated.

Results may vary by individual. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase and before use. 

As a safety suggestion, perform a patch test prior to full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

All product/service pricing is based on uniqueness of item, availability of resources, and labor.  We reserve the right to change or adjust prices at any time based on these factors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, TREEHOUSE HIPPIE, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: Use of our products, Use of our website, Allergic reactions, Misuse or Improper Storage of products, Improper handling of our products, or Failure to follow care directions. Products are sold ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. As a user, you must accept responsibility for how you use a product, service, or information. Your use of our products is at your own risk. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with their use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TREEHOUSE HIPPIE, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These terms and this agreement are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting online, to our website, in our stores, at any of our locations, or to any of our platforms.

13. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from TreeHouse Hippie, LLC you agree not to file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for reasons related to: 

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with scent/ fragrance, texture, color, or aesthetic
  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies
  • Delivery delays once the order has shipped
  • Misunderstanding of our Final Sale Policy. 

Any chargeback filed without first contacting TreeHouse Hippie, LLC will be considered an unauthorized chargeback and hence, a violation of our policies. We actively dispute chargebacks and provide evidence through:     

  • Proof of purchase
  • Shipping confirmation and delivery verification
  • IP address and transaction records
  • Our clearly stated All Sales Final policy 

Customers who initiate fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be:

  • Permanently banned from future purchases and/or permanently banned from participating in ANY and ALL of our workshops
  • Reported to the payment processor and/or payment provider
  • Reported to law enforcement
  • Blocked from future transactions on this platform
