Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ANY product once an order has been placed. Most of our products are personal, cosmetic, body care, or hygiene-related. Therefore, we do no accept returns or exchanges for the protection of our customers. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected
  • Delayed delivery
  • Failure to read product descriptions

 Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In accordance with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at treehousehippiellc@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief explanation of the incident and/or circumstances

If approved, we will provide either a store-credit or a replacement item. We will also file claims for broken or damaged items with the shipping carrier. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued.

Our 48-hour contact window DOES NOT apply to items that are used, items that sustain normal wear and tear, items with damage caused once received/ after delivery, or buyer’s remorse.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

 Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. No exceptions.
