Thank you for shopping with us. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in-tact, safely.

ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
